How do the Orsden Jackets and Pants fit?

 

Our jackets have an alpine (slim) fit that is comparable to other premium insulated stretch ski jackets. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Please reference our sizing charts on each product page for detailed measurements.

Our pants have a slim fit and come in three lengths. The short length is a 30" inseam; regular length is a 32" inseam, and the long length is a 34" inseam. Please reference our sizing charts on each product page for detailed measurements. 

 

How do I return or exchange an item?

 

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of purchase with items in a new, unworn condition unless item is part of FINAL SALE promotion. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on FINAL SALE merchandise.

The only exception to the 14 day window is for items purchased during the holiday period, 11/23 - 12/24. Any item purchased during that period will be eligible for return or exchange until 1/8. 

To obtain a prepaid shipping label, simply email returns@orsden.com to initiate the process. For returns (without an exchange) using the prepaid label, a $7.99 shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

What are the care instructions for the jackets and pants?

 

Close all zippers and tabs before washing. Machine wash cold separately. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Cool iron. Do not dry clean. We also recommend using a detergent specially formulated for waterproof outerwear. For stubborn stains, apply the specialty detergent with a sponge or soft nylon brush to pretreat the area before washing.

What are your sale and promo policies?

 

Only one promo code may be applied at checkout per order. Promo codes cannot be applied to sale items, gift cards, or retreats unless otherwise expressly noted. Items purchased through FINAL SALE promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.
